Our ginger fermented tea leaves are ready to eat, or they make a delicious addition to curries and salads bowls filled with fried beans and fresh vegetables.

The tea leaves are picked by our farmers in the northern Shan State, Myanmar, home to Burma’s best tea plantations. Here, tea leaf traditions have a history stretching back thousands of years.

Suitable for vegetarians. Only healthy sunflower oil is used.
